I write these articles for FREE because I love the industry where I work. We are facing our most challenging times since prohibition, and want to do all I can to help wineries avoid Digital Darwinism and become more successful and sustainable using digital tools. I also want to help technology companies come to the industry armed with knowledge of the idiosyncratic nature of our business. But, at my core I’m a humanist. Technology is only at tool to help small and large businesses be more effective and efficient so you can better connect with customers.
